How do I register as a PCI player?
Scroll to the Register section on the homepage, fill in your details and submit. You will receive a unique PCI Player ID instantly. Registration is completely free.
How do I book a slot for a match day?
When registration is open, go to the Match Day Registration section at the top of the homepage. Enter your PCI Player ID, select your role, scan the UPI QR code to pay ₹100, and enter your transaction ID to reserve your slot.
How will I know my slot is confirmed?
After we verify your payment, we will send you a WhatsApp message with a link to your Match Day Pass. You can also check your pass anytime using your PCI Player ID.
What do I need to bring on match day?
Bring your Match Day Pass (show it on your phone or take a screenshot), wear appropriate cricket attire, and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
What is the match format?
PCI uses a Super Over format — each team faces 1 over (6 balls) per innings. Teams are formed on match day by PCI staff. The team with the higher score wins.
How are rankings calculated?
Rankings are based on cumulative points earned from your performance. Batsmen earn points based on runs and boundaries. Bowlers earn points for dot balls, wickets, and economical bowling. Rankings update after every match day.
What are Reward Points and how do I use them?
Winner = 100 Reward Points, Runner-up = 50 Reward Points per match day. Redeem them at PCI Partner Stores for discounts or free items. Visit the Redeem Points page to check your balance.
Can players under 18 participate?
Yes — PCI is open to all ages. Players under 18 must bring a signed Parental Consent Form on their first match day, available from the registration section.
What if I paid but my slot isn't confirmed?
Contact us via WhatsApp with your PCI Player ID and UPI transaction ID and we will resolve it immediately.
What is the refund policy?
If PCI cancels a match day, a full refund or slot credit will be provided. For player-initiated cancellations, contact us via WhatsApp.
How do I check my ranking?
Visit the Rankings page and use the search box to find your rank instantly by entering your PCI Player ID.
