Section 01
Eligibility & Registration
Play Cricket India ("PCI", "we", "our", "us") is open to players of all ages. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Registration is free and generates a unique PCI Player ID, used to identify you across rankings, match day bookings, and rewards.
- Players under the age of 18 must bring a signed Parental Consent Form, signed by a parent or guardian, on their first match day before participating.
- PCI reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a registration found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made with false information.
Section 02
Match Days & Fees
- Booking a Match Day slot requires a ₹100 entry fee, paid via UPI and confirmed with a transaction ID.
- A confirmed slot is tied to your PCI Player ID and is non-transferable to another person.
- Teams and playing order on match day are determined by PCI staff. PCI uses a Super Over format — each side faces one over (6 balls) per innings.
- Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time with their Match Day Pass and appropriate cricket attire.
Section 03
Cancellations & Refunds
- If PCI cancels a match day for any reason, affected players will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future slot.
- If a player is unable to attend after booking, they should contact PCI via WhatsApp as soon as possible; refund eligibility for player-initiated cancellations is assessed case by case.
Section 04
Rankings & Rewards Points
- Rankings are calculated from cumulative performance points earned across match days, using PCI's published scoring formula.
- Winners and runners-up of a match day earn Rewards Points (100 / 50 respectively), redeemable at PCI Partner Stores once available.
- Rewards Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between players, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- PCI reserves the right to correct scoring or ranking errors, and to adjust or void points awarded in error or as a result of fraudulent play.
Section 05
Player Conduct
Players are expected to conduct themselves with fairness and sportsmanship on and off the field. PCI reserves the right to disqualify a player from a match day, or suspend a player's account, in cases of unsportsmanlike conduct, abuse toward other players or staff, or violation of these Terms.
Section 06
Liability
Cricket is a physical sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in a PCI match day, you acknowledge this risk and participate at your own discretion. PCI takes reasonable precautions for player safety but is not liable for injuries sustained during play, except where caused by our proven negligence. Match days may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or ground availability beyond PCI's control.
Section 07
Media Consent
By registering, you consent to PCI using your name, Player ID, playing statistics, and match footage across PCI's website and social media channels, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Section 08
Changes to These Terms
PCI may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and active players will be notified via WhatsApp. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 09
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in PCI will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
